Former Employee2.7Aug 19, 2024Instawork boomed off pandemic staffing rebound, overhired and has since had several major layoffs across AM, AE, and sales leadership roles. IMO the company will struggle due to prospects bringing staffing in-house, IW's refusal to give prospects desired payment terms, and strong competitor entering the market (Indeed Flex).
