Overall, an uninteresting product and subpar onboarding and leadership. Some AEs find their rhythm and niche, which was nice to see, and probably a decent SDR role out of school.

I had multiple SDR managers I really liked, but the VP of Sales kept insisting that everything was fine and that we just needed to use AI, though nothing ever improved.
