Leadership is the core of the issues at Integra. They breed a culture of mediocrity, narcissism and unyielding superiority that makes them fall short in the evolution of the economic hospital sale. Reps are a revolving door of inexperienced talent due to subpar compensation. Those with talent are limited by the cost savings supply chain tactics that completely disrupt work flow and/or the low emotional intelligence of their management team. Complete disregard for personal boundaries, the importance of establishing credibility and creating longevity in a long term sales relationship.

Overall it is like many in the med device world. Customers and company want to pay less each year. Leadership is ok. The actual sales management is a crap shoot. Some are great, some are terrible. The product is best in class.

Best paying job but the worst Company I’ve ever worked for. Outdated products, no development , no market adjustments, no innovation, customers felt it difficult to do business with. Poor leadership with no communications. Timelines for back orders and recalls missed by months. This place will ruin your credibility but you will make a lot of money while you do it...Read More
