Terrible spot run away. Over 500 reps in 2023 and only 5 made it to commission across the org. You’re expected to generate $5k/week in profit in order to get on commission, and that results in $62,000 a year TC. They have zero technology, not even a CRM. This is a cradle to grave position where if you try and scale you will get buried in manual based redundant work...Read More
