Started well, then lost their way. Drastically changed commision structure that deincentivized working with previous clients of the company due to reduced commision paid on their accounts. Upper management doesn't listen to lower level managers or salespeople. Top-down leadership. Expanded to other markets (Canada & Mexico) and other modes without providing reps oportunity to sell the new modes /markets. Good starter sales job or for someone new to logistics, except for that they lock you into a 1 year non-compete to work there.

Hunt all day every day for 10% splits while competing against brokerages are willing to do it for basically free.

Overall low base compensation. Market is saturated, product-market fit is non-existent. Capacity and service that is provided is fungible. Relationships and personality sells all. No inbound leads.
