Intelex suffers from weak middle management, poor cross-team collaboration, and a lack of clear direction. Many teams operate in silos, client satisfaction is declining, and internal morale is low. HR is ineffective, and there’s no meaningful company culture—just slogans without substance. Talented people leave or disengage. Disappointing overall.

Great management. Base is low for 2024, but inbound commission makes up for it. Outbound is more difficult to achieve quota, with no raise in base.
