Former Employee Inbound lead flow was nonexistent. Product market fit was there in theory, but in practice was a very “hard sell”. Faculty are often overlooked and budget is allocated to other more “front facing” departments, so obtaining budget for a nice to have software solution was an uphill battle. Confusing rules of engagement around who owned which accounts led to unnecessary confusion and animosity amongst reps.
