Middle and upper management are stuck in the past and constantly shift expectations on a month-to-month basis. Success is rarely celebrated and if you are new to the regulatory industry the training support is little to none. It really is a sink or swim job.

Leads are a disaster, they are formed merely by people downloading white paper informational sheets (many duplicates).
