My overall experience was not great not bad. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend selling for ion, but if you want to sell solar, and are looking to work in the door to door space, I do think ion offers a good product.

My overall experience with this company has been great. It was my first role in sales and they brought me in and introduced great training to me that helped excel my sells career.

Going d2d can be the best highest paying job you’ve ever had or the lowest paying hardest job you ever have. If you’re new find the top rep and ask to hear their pitch. Put in the hours. The top 20% will make 80% of the money.

Overall the opportunity is great for anyone willing to lead from the front but the district manager really determines how effective the setter / sales manager can be. If you don't have a strong DM behind you then good luck building a successful team.
