My overall experience was not great not bad. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend selling for ion, but if you want to sell solar, and are looking to work in the door to door space, I do think ion offers a good product.

While I worked there, ION Solar was really not the best company for its employees or its customers. In ways, it feels like a pyramid scheme that focuses on training people to recruit anybody that doesn’t qualify so that you can make a tiny amount off of them. There should maybe be an option to not rate base compensation because this company (on sales) is 1099 only! But it was a good company as far as being a strong leader in the industry with great training, culture, swag, and opportunity to make a lot if you follow the protocols!
