Former Employee Overall experience was great in the beginning but in recent years gone downhill. The company is trying to figure themselves out still and how they will fit into a digital future given that their primary business lines are dependent on paper based storage and shredding. Their compensation structure rewards sales largely for new storage, shredding, and some digital solutions but unfortunately they do not have product-market fit throughout their digital portfolio making it extremely challenging to hit digital quota. In addition, they impose huge rate increases on their existing customer base so if you are selling to existing customers you're constantly putting out fires instead of selling. Because their CS team is based abroad, there are serious challenges with resolving customer issues so you spend most of your time dealing with those. The board and executive leadership team has just gotten excessively greedy trying to inflate their share prices. Google "Bill Meaney rain dance" and you will see what I mean. Browse Other Reviews
