Sales engineers treated pretty bad here. Probably the worse I have seen at any company. Basically support and deployment people, emphasis on support. Shared quota pool and no accelerators.

Product is amazing and there's a very bright future but the sellers are struggling to get deals in. The people who have been here the longest are the most likely to succeed.

Too many opportunities for deal cycles to fail as a result of product or compliance issues that are outside of the reps control. Complex sales cycles with little pay out. Terrible office culture
