Trauma - Very difficult and hard working job. Personally satisfying but not a great position if you enjoy a pat on the back. Difficult to grow within a specific territory if you have tenured reps, need to move or take another position if looking to get promoted. Overall was great start in Med Device, burn out is real, especially with commission cuts.

Working for a distributor for jnj is great but less organized. You miss out of direct focus from jnj and depending on who you work for management can be less the helpfull
