Good overall. Need a better work life balance. Med Device seems to be on the decline, with backorders, and company structure.

I worked there for a long time and was a high performer and high earner. However, because the company underperformed the market most people did not hit quota. Leadership, while they claim to have a great culture, is horrendous and people work out of fear from losing their jobs. Product supply was a significant issue and still is.
