The culture changed when leadership changed. Reps aren’t treated fairly. Rules don’t apply to the favorite reps. Compensation is subjective. No OTE in the last two years because the comp plan is so complicated. In addition, they don’t stand behind what they sell.

Overall a really good company. Product fit and marketing are the best in the industry. Biggest complaint is lower case pay compared to industry standards.
