Company was strongly positioned within key aspects of the market but would not give a long leash to new market/green space territories. Strong development team and product training. Lower level leadership was incredible however, upper management oftern seemed detached from anything other than revenue.

Uncertainty has grown as we are now on a hiring and promotion freeze. Many people within the organization seem to have less motivation. Accelerators are not great in the comp plan.
