Current Employee2.0Jul 15, 2025The culture changed when leadership changed. Reps aren’t treated fairly. Rules don’t apply to the favorite reps. Compensation is subjective. No OTE in the last two years because the comp plan is so complicated. In addition, they don’t stand behind what they sell.

Strong development team and product training. Lower level leadership was incredible however, upper management oftern seemed detached from anything other than revenue.
