I think nothing here is quite set and stone and they’re still trying to work things out on a yearly basis which creates a lot of change.

If you need little direction and are content with little training, this is a good place to work. Jobot excels at extending the opportunity to win at the highest levels. All you need is the attitude, skill set and discipline.

Growing pains. Not the same firm when I joined 2 years ago. Shift from development of people to only caring about instant results. Hundreds of people have been leaving after the switch to focusing on monthly numbers and delays in commissions and bonuses for top performers. Two bad months in a row and you're gone.
