My experience with Johnson Brothers in sales was overall okay. The process was fairly straightforward, and while everything was handled professionally, it didn’t necessarily stand out compared to other sales experiences I’ve had. Communication was decent and expectations were met, but nothing beyond that.

Lots of physical work, 100% commission pay structure based off of volume you order to your accounts (you have to put up every order). Expectations are also extremely high with little to no rewards. Very unorganized company that could actually be so successful if they hired more employees and paid them more!

With 4 years of experience in the Orlando market. The pay structure could be better. Out 4 other wine distribution companies, I would rank JBL last in compensation, 2nd in portfolio, and last in incentives opportunities.
