I LOVED JOLT and then it got acquired by DIGI and it has seriously fallen off a cliff. The new management is way in over their head and are making it impossible to sell with all the changes. Time to move on

Jolt was a great company. Things got significantly worse after Digi International purchased the company. Mass layoffs, even for top performers. No heads up, only two weeks of severance.

My overall experience at this company isn't bad. They are in a growing phase with the pains that come with it. It's mostly on the rep to source leads with little structure or help/guidance to find the best ones. Product is way better than any competitor. They don't have an ICP on paper and with that comes a tough battle to get inbounds and opportunities.
