I have worked at several firms and there isn’t one that is perfect. I feel that Jones gives the best balance or hybrid of Wirehouse and Independent firms

My overall experience here was a nightmare--full of abuse, harassment, and violations. Most support staff are abused and advisors are always protected and the abuse is covered up. They do not care. You will do 90% of the work, be the only one who shows up, and yet you will get maybe a 10th of the pay if you are lucky. If you value your self worth, sanity, and sadly...Read More
