I have been with Kaseya for approximately 3 years in multiple roles (Account Manager to Senior Solutions Specialist) , and think the peers are the highlight of the sales roles. There is a lot of opportunity to learn in IT / cross functionally with other departments. Unfortunately, the quarterly raise on goals (30% increase) doesn't match opportunity to grow compensation. Think this is a great company to start at but with lack of development / compensation increase opportunities, employee retention is incredibly low.

Very toxic work environment with unrealistic quotas. It’s really just luck on where you get placed and what accounts you get in your book.

overall experience was good, but their account management process is broken. They hire 40-50 people a month, all new accounts go to one specific department, and all other teams have to deal with shuffled around accounts.
