Former Employee Worst company I've ever worked for the leadership here is unbelievably toxic and incompetent. This is not department based this is across the board the toxicity comes from the CEO.
This company is the most micromanaging company I've ever seen in my life. They have a dashboard with dozens of kpis that they nit pick and micro manage on a daily basis.
Core company values: micromanaging, fear, gaslighting.
They created a disaster for their employees that they expect them to clean up. They cannot find a way to fix their billing nightmare and support is terrible.
They are well hated by their customers, employees, and the industry as a whole. Just look them up on Reddit.
Run, run far away unless you want to lose your soul and sanity to a bunch of egotistical toxic con-men.
