Kerecis fish skin grafts are priced well, unique product, and work very well with great outcomes. Other than that, there is very little to say about the company that is positive. Worst med device company I have ever worked for. Upper management is inexperienced (most have no healthcare sales experience and if they do it’s pharma or low level ortho companies). The top leadership is CRM obsessed and are micro managers to the next level. If you’re thinking of making the move run for the hills!

Product was good. Leadership, organization, overall culture was god awful. Companies CEO has his daughter running IT, (no background) his son in law running operations (no background.) nepotism abound, sexual harassment aplenty. Steer clear.
