It was a great gig to start off in sales, teach great fundamentals. However, there a lot of micromanagers here. Commission and bonus is okay but not great, other companies can do better.

Solid role with good opportunity to gain skills in sales. If you are a killer limited upward mobility with not much incentive to blow it out of the water.
