Lacking leadership direction and efficient product strategy/execution. A lot of hand waiving and no execution. Management doesn’t address the actual issues and often avoids the elephant in the room. Heavily process driven with no acceptance of workplace creativity.

My overall experience in sales was very good. Traveled the world, sold the best solutions, and worked with the best customers. Despite the success, I was not able to pay my team what they were worth and we did not move fast enough to meet customer needs at times. Sales enablement was almost non-existent as well.
