My overall experience was good, I learned a lot and has set me up for success in future roles. There is a serious glass ceiling at the company that even directors don’t get to implement change because all of the rules and limitations come from Japan. A great place to start sales career but more money is out there. A lot of companies hire keyence reps because of our training so that is a plus!

Really great place to start your sales career, however, please be aware of burnout. They do hire a lot of the times fresh out of college and most tenure is about 1 to 2 years. You are expected to have A TON of sales meeting per month and very high goals. You meet some great people there though and a young crowd most of the time.
