It is a great starting sales opportunity. Your success is really dependent on what product you get and who your direct management is. KPI metrics are more important than actual sales.

Good company and good product. The career advancement path is very well laid out as well. Biggest downside is the micromanagement of working for a japanese company.

Keyence is a great place to work. However, there is little development after two years and your upside of earnings is limited due to job security. Salary is high but this means variable pay is fairly rigid. Only about a $30k gap from top earners in your title to bottom.
