Fresh out of college, one of the best possible companies you could work for no matter what industry you’re in. If you’re successful here, you can be successful anywhere. This is a company that cares more about metrics than sales at the end of the day. We value every employee that takes a Keyence journey, although, separating yourself from the pack doesn’t solely rely on being a top contributor as I have seen countless employees finish as a top quota attainer consistently, yet be stagnant in their roles due to not hitting their meaningless KPI’s.

Must hit KPIs even if you sell. Have had quarters where I hit 200% quota but don’t get a great bonus because my phone call duration was lower than others…
