In office 7-8x/ month. Great industry/sales training. Competitive entry level co.p, not so much at the pre-manager senior level. Great place to learn, but do that and then go find something not Japanese-cultured.

Keyence is a great place to start your career. The experience gained here will be very helpful as you continue on, and recruiters have gotten wise over the years that Keyence employees tend to do well when hired for new roles.
