Japanese company, every metric is tracked -# of phone calls, # of minutes on the phone, # of sales calls. Promotions are based on these numbers which causes people to lie, management knows it but wont acknowledge it. Otherwise great product, great training for sales noobies, OTE is very accurate as well as quota.

High staff turnover for a reason. Micromanagement in full display. Lots and lots of driving. During 12 months, I drove 50,000 miles for work. Averaging 1000 miles a week. 2 days in the office, 3 on the road.
