Great products (probably the best in the market for performance and its industry niche). Great training (it’s almost a semester style training where you are near 100% ready to talk about the technology to any prospect). Local leadership is useless. Unless you’re sent by the Japanese and you are Japanese, you have zero say to the team you manage. You can’t change policies, can’t promote, can’t fire, can’t even approve a low dollar trial period extension without the Japanese’s nod. The pay is very competitive though so they give you the pay and title to shut up.

Very competitive sales organization, and there is a lot of use for their products in the market. Managers want you to succeed and there is lots of room to be promoted. Very open company layout/structure.

Keyence is a great company for new sales guys but they are struggling to hold onto the key players due to incentive structure. If you are a high performer, go elsewhere after getting trained here.
