Good company and good product. The career advancement path is very well laid out as well. Biggest downside is the micromanagement of working for a japanese company.

Stable company with excellent training for new salespeople. Strong products. Easy to focus on your job, as roles are very defined. As a manager/director, incentive structure is broken.
