Overall experience has been poor, software and systems used by Kforce at hardly work. They also sell you on high level earners but in reality 90% of people aren't making close to those individuals.

My experience at Kforce was very positive. They are a great company, especially for someone looking to start their career in the technology staffing space.

Toxic work environment Will tell you it takes 2 years to be successful but if not immediately producing will put you on a plan and try to manage you out. Leadership is awful

Great leadership, but very poor commission structure and no way to get a raise w/out the grace of God helping you out. The culture is what keeps me here, but it would be great if commissions were looked at and increased by at least 100%. You can do double the sales and make around 25% more. The motivation just isn't there.
