Former Employee This company was one of the most challenging and disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. Management was disorganized, often dishonest, and fostered a culture where employees were set up to fail rather than supported to succeed. The Pittsburgh office saw a dramatic decline in staff, shrinking from 11 to just 5 during my time there — a clear sign of deeper issues.
Accounts were routinely shuffled around with little notice, making it nearly impossible to build traction or deliver consistent results. Leadership operated with a lack of transparency and accountability, which eroded trust across the team.
To make matters worse, the company aggressively enforced non-compete clauses, sending repeated threats even after an employee’s departure, which felt both hostile and unprofessional.
