Former Employee Product is definitely serving an untapped market, but leadership is wild and off the cuff. They won't stay on course long enough for anything to work, and are in a perpetual wheel of mediocrity. Once things do start working, they'll be quick to try something different if someone is able to "convince" them it's the right thing to do, even when it's not vetted.
