Sales leadership is great and understanding, fights for sales. No product market fit, glad for the connections I made though because the team is awesome.

CEO has no clue how to run a company. First week company off-site had 0 conversation around gtm strategy and we played DnD in Miami for 4 nights

This is my first BDR role, but the product-to-market fit is excellent, and so is the sales leadership. Everyone is hitting quota and it's a fun team to work for in an interesting space.

Lots of product and comp plan updates, but that's how it goes. Great team and excellent BDR team leadership. Not as much above the BDR leader though.
