Former Employee3.1Sep 20, 2023I joined Korn Ferry via an acquisition and the organization showed little regard for the senior performers at the legacy acquisition they bought. It's a age old story of companies buying an organization and then discounting the talent capital that join their business but in this instance they did themselves a disservice as well as the existing client base.
