High base, however upside is severely limited when compared to tech sales. Competitive enough service offering to realistically hit your number every year. Somewhat frustrating to work in a partnership model as there is A LOT more people management required in any given meeting or pursuit. Good place if you’re looking for something stable with good money however, if you blow out your number it would not be comparable to tech sales.
