Former Employee They at one time were a great product but stopped developing. They tried to increase prices but most deals ended up at 40-50% off. The deals took around 18-36 months. The sales leadership is some of the worst I've experience. They have a good ole boy structure where deals get funneled to friends even if it's in your territory or it's something you found. Their current clients are leaving at a fairly swift pace because of the cost and competitors that offer better feature sets.
