Start-up struggles! Difficult to prospect and find the right ICP accounts to achieve quota. Currently no specific outline to promotion and upward movement. Limited professional development outside of that focused on role. But leadership is dedicated to hearing employee frustrations and searching for resources to support reps development and growth. Currently hiring more leaders to develop a plan to overcome current obstacles.

Sales Leadership here (if you can call it that) was so lacking in any type of communication skills with others it was unbelievable. They say about a “fast growing” company yet they have struggled to keep more than 1 sales rep. 3 sales reps quit in my time there. The Sales Manager hands down is the worst part about that company. If you are in sales avoid this place.Read More
