The worst Senior Leadership ( President of North America and her Sr VP's ) I have seen in my 25 + year career in Sales. How they are still in their respective leadership positions shows the purposeful ignorance of Corporate leadership back in Zurich. Too bad, because there are good , solid people in the trenches for this company. But the clown car that Senior leadership populates ( and you know who you are ) is at the core of LHH's issues. No amount of new Corp leadership out of Zurich ( yet another layer of Corp mgt . ), management meetings in Austin, or meditation sessions on an internal local weekly sales call; are going to help. Keep getting your ass kicked by the competition; that's what you've become good at in the last 3-4 years.

My overall experience has been positive so far although I can see the organization has been through lots of painful changes and there’s a lack of transparency from leadership, and mostly, a lack of communication.

Training was horrible and comp structure made it easy to get NOT get paid even if you make a placement.
