My overall experience has been quite poor. Not only do they fire at random, but there is a complete lack of sales leadership. Dials are weighted heavily over unique and quality conversations. The contingent business is so poor that LHH thinks 100 dials per day will bring that back. GL to anyone looking to join here.

It was clearly a "hire 100 people expecting to cut 70-80% within 6months" type of role. Training officers and others kept hyping how lucrative sales was and you could make so much money etc.....yet none of them (who had supposedly had so much success) had that role anymore. Even the admin staff for scheduling / equipment etc had come from a sales role. Read between...Read More
