Former Employee Great product set and team of colleagues around the world. It of a messy acquisition back in 2001 but was a good move.
Customers values the product set and renewal rates were high. Too many accounts given to each CSM but great chances for upsell.
The company invested in a solid tech stack to support sales but was taking time to bed into each team.
Being an Ethics and Compliance company their mission to help people do the right thing was inspirational.
Quite a lot of churn in senior leadership but I think this has settled now. I enjoyed my time working there.
