The online training courses are text-heavy and no one wants to read an hour course. I can't speak for other departments outside of sales.

Leadership does not care about anything except what you’re bringing in and they don’t make the territories fair. Customers values the product set and renewal rates were high. Too many accounts given to each CSM but great chances for upsell.
