Overall my experience at LambdaTest has been overwhelmingly positive. We have strong product market fit and great product positioning in our market against competition. Leadership has created a great comp structure, and goes out of it's way to ensure sales reps are paid well. The company has typical challenges of distributed, early stage startups where changes are frequent and autonomy is necessary to succeed.

The culture promotes collaboration and accountability. Leadership is transparent, regularly shares updates on company direction, and is open to feedback. Team morale is generally high, and wins are celebrated often.

Management was so bad. For them sales reps were machines to achieve revenue I worked with high velocity inbound sales. We are supposed to make more than 80 dials everyday. No breather for training or to even review your progress.
