Working for LMN was great, however once they were acquired by PE, I found opportunity to be lacking. American reps made a lot more than Canadian reps. They also began hiring many experienced salespeople as SE's rather than promoting from within, when there were many BDRs with multiple years experience at the company. Friendly place to work, approachable managers that cared about your development, but I found little opportunity to actually be promoted.

LMN is a good company to work for. Especially after the merger, the company has been able to provide more opportunities to its employees, and collaborating with the Single Ops team has been very beneficial.
