Tough time to sell because the company wasn't adjusting fast enough to the market. We were overpriced and underdeveloped.

Training, development, product, has all regressed in the last year due to revolving door of upper management. At times several different individuals are conducting training on a new sales process that completely contradicts something that was covered a week ago.
