Current Employee The company comes from a telesales background so the expectation when I first started was to make 120+ calls per day. It's slowly improving but there's too little training to go along with the changes and not enough communication about how to best navigate these changes. Coaching is virtually non existent after the first few months as an AE and you're expected to chase your manager to get any help on a regular basis.
If you have an unshakeable mindset, completely self-teaching and independent you can do well. Multiple people are on £80k+ but the road there is not smooth.
