Good place to cut your teeth but the future of this company is uncertain. They don’t have the money to invest in product or people.

Current Employee2.9Mar 20, 2025The culture is really good as well as the training, everyone wants to see you succeed. There is a lack of transparency about OTE pay, it is nowhere near $60k. The hours are very long for such little pay in this role. They expect you to put in around 150+ calls a day, so it is more intense than most sdr roles.
