I learned a ton and met great people, but the overall experience was a rollercoaster. I loved the challenge and goal of the company however sales was often blamed for revenue shortfalls (without questioning marketing, product, etc). Goals, priorities, and our ICP constantly shifted. What is the salary of an associate AE? Does it substantially increase when you promote to Senior AE? They say its a promotion within 3-4 months but is that actually true?
