My overall experience was good. I think that they brought a lot of people on without an idea of what pipeline was actually like at the moment and had their goals in an audacious category without giving time for ramping as an organization. Things shifted overnight with little communication and just an expectation to do it and do it well. The people here are great, the culture is good, and its possible to do really well here. It's just the start up life where the only constant is change itself.

Limble has a lot going for it, but doesn’t have the substantial leadership or support to really accelerate the company right now. My experience was terrible. Was let go within 90 days of being hired along with other people. The company is going downhill and there is no real training or ramp for SDR'S. They promote who they like, leads are horrible and no real leadership.
